I am trying to make some changes. You know, the usual stuff. Be more active. Make better food choices. Its funny though, I LOVE healthy food as much as junk food, and easily overeat that too!
Believe it or not, I actually do have a gym membership. I use it about 2 times a week. and I work out at home an additional 2 or 3 days a week. Today, I got showered, and all dressed for the gym. Loaded my kid up in the car, drove to the gym, and turned around. Why do I get so LAZY?! So, I will take a walk this afternoon around the neighborhood. NOT quite the exercise my body needs, but cardio still.
