What does family mean to you? Do you have to be close to family simply because they are related to you? Can a lifetime of disappointment be a good enough reason to separate yourself? Or am I a bad person for being unable to forgive?
Oh, everything is managable, childhood stuff is so far back, but sometimes its still hard to see past it. Especially when others are in denial. Thanks Wendy!

There will be a time when you are ready to forgive, but until t hen you have to make sense of it, ya know.
Josh had a lot of issues in his past and he was finally able to forgive, yet doesn't want to be part of that persons life.
We all deal in different ways.
